Baseball Koozie

Greater Pacific was approached to do a custom give away gift for a New York Yankees game day give-a-way! The first 20,000 attendees would receive a PU foam baseball can koozie in a replica baseball shape. Since nothing existed quite like this item, Greater Pacific custom molded these koozies using our in-house design team and feedback and requirements from our client.  All this had to be accomplished with the capabilities of the manufacturer in mind. The koozies even featured molded, simulated  baseball "stitching". The koozie was complicated from the start as it had both the NY Yankees logo on one side and a challenging 4-color process sponsorship logo on the opposite side.

Greater Pacific managed every aspect of the tooling, proofing and production with the manufacturer. In addition, we coordinated all safety testing and compliance certifications for this food service product. The koozies shipped on-time from overseas and all seemed well.  However, do to a storm on the ocean, the ocean vessel arrived port several days late, jeopardizing delivery in time for game day. Greater Pacific's experienced logistics team sprang into action; working directly with the Director of the Port; to get late day access to the vessel and dray of the container. The koozies were quickly processed through the port and expedited to arrive the morning of game day. Both our client and the NY Yankees complimented our "super human" efforts to make things happen for their give-a-way!
